The second balls (TBH2) which is 20% heavier than a standard cricket ball is then the first step to building up strength, it helps improve strength, ball rotation and endurance and is perfect for both spinners and seamers.
The final ball in the pack is the heaviest at 40% heaveri (The TBH4). Its used for advance training and really pushing on the increase in strength and endurance.
TBL-2 – 125 GRAMS UNDER WEIGHT SPEED DEVELOPMENT BALL
Strength building is one thing but if you are developing muscle power it is important to maintain the speed of movement. Muscle is heavy and too much of it will slow you down. To synchronize power with speed underweight motion training using lighter balls is imperative. A 20% reduction in ball weight is considered optimal for developing speed mechanics.
TBH 2 + 20% 187 G STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT BALL +20%
The TBH 2 offers the right level of resistance for bowlers to begin strength and conditioning training. As with all weight work start slowly and work up. Improves strength, ball rotations and endurance. Ideal for pace bowlers and spinners.
TBH 4 +40% 218 GRAMS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT BALL +40%
ADVANCED WEIGHT TRAINING BALL The ultimate in our weighted training ball range. At+40% these balls will further enhance strength development and endurance. Great for spin bowlers to develop ball rotation and dexterity.
